HOGS will be holding a fundraising barbecue at Maitland Bunnings in January, and we need volunteers to help out on the day.
Date: Sunday 10th January 2010
Venue: Bunnings Maitland cnr Bungaree Street & New England Highway
Time: 8am-4pm
Rostered times for volunteers on sausage sizzle stall: 8am-10am(set up), 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm(pack up)
We need volunteers for rostered times 10-12, 12-2pm, 2-4pm
Bunnings will supply the stainless steel BBQ unit, blow mould trestle table, gazebo, sand bags for gazebo, fire extinguisher, blackboard (for price & info), gas bottle/gas. All other materials needed to run the fundraising BBQ will be organised by HOGS committee members.
