ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

It's that time of year where we reflect on the places we've been, the people we've met and what new discoveries we 've made this past twelve months. And most importantly it's your opportunity to jump on board the committee and steer our group for the future.

AUGUST AGM & TALK

Doors open at 11.30am - 3.30pm, Sunday August 11th:
Venue: Organic Feast, William Street, East Maitland

 

Schedule:

11.30am Lunch (optional) - Buy some lunch, do some shopping (and show our support to Organic Feast who supplies us with our AGM venue each year) and enjoy socialising with others members.
Please place orders by 11.30am. 

This is an all weather event and will proceed rain hail or shine! Please note there is no BYO lunch due to the onsite cafe. Bring a plate to share for afternoon tea.

12.30 - 12.45pm - Please renew your HOGS membership and pay Anita during this time. Save time by renewing prior to the day through direct payment. Details on HOGS website.

12.45pm - 1.00pm AGM - all positions will be declared vacant and nominations sought to fill Committee positions for 2019/20.

The event will also include our yearly Annual General Meeting for the Hunter Organic Growers Society.

Join the committee - be the change you want to see: HOGS turns 40 this years! What an achievement! Join us for another year and help us lead HOGS into the future.

All positions will be available for election. Our monthly meetings are hoot! So come and join in, we meet for 1 hr from 11am on field days.

HOGS holds an AGM each August with an combined with a hand picked speaker.



What to bring: Afternoon tea, a mug. Donations to Raffle welcome.

Members - free
Visitors - $4 individual - $6 family
