About:

While some people were hoarding toilet paper, Beth Howison-Ryan was stocking up on garden supplies.

Having started her garden many years before the pandemic, Beth let the panic buying and uncertainty motivate her to get more food in the ground.

What was previously lawn has been converted to an incredible garden rich with a diverse range of edible and medicinal plants.

Beth says "the garden has become a solace for the family, in the unusual situation we’ve found ourselves in, an escape if you will from the outside world.

A place of beauty and wonder that feeds the bellies as well as the souls of the family."

We will have the opportunity to assist Beth with some projects so bring your gardening gloves and wear enclosed shoes.

Come and tour Beth's incredible garden on Saturday 17 October.
